Jen has been attending Praise Community Church since 2021 and began overseeing the prayer team during that time. She officially became the Next Gen Director in June 2024. Her journey with youth began 27 years ago, starting with leading the special needs ministry at Living Word, followed by years of serving in children's ministry and teaching Good News Club in public schools. Prior to joining Praise full-time, she worked as a Christian life coach, discipling and mentoring teens and families through challenging situations. A recent graduate of the Global Awakenings School of Supernatural Discipleship, Jen is passionate about her relationship with Jesus Christ and is excited to see how God will work in the lives of the next generation.

Jen also leads the discipleship training class “Equipping the Saints”, that equips and empowers believers to walk in their God-given identity and authority in Christ so they can be effective Christ followers in their family and community.

Jen lives in Southern York County with her husband Glen, whom she has been married to for 27 years, and their son Macallan. Together, they love the outdoors, fishing, golfing, and spending quality time together.
